I will NEVER go back to Uhaul or Budget again. We were greeted by Drew, she was very helpful and guided us through a smooth truck rental process. I am still amazed at how efficient this process was and how quick we were in and out. We needed a hand truck last minute, they were out but Drew looked up the next closest location and wrote down the address. Next up, the quality of the truck. We had a 26ft diesel truck that had under 25k, hydraulic cushion seat, cruise control and very clean. I am truly impressed with Drew, the quality of equipment, and overall Penske process. ~Oz
