Best truck rental agency in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Do not rent from here. I reserved a truck through Budget to pick up at this location. I called the day before to confirm and was told everything was fine. I arrived and they did not have a truck. A person in front of me was in the same situation. It cannot be a coincidence that this happened to two of us. This place is NOT legitimate. Do not choose Budget and especially not this location. ~John

Great store. Have been a long time customer since they were located by NCSU. Jason and the staff is very helpful and provide great service to keep you to make you q repeat customer. Plus by shopping there you will be saving money on your ink toner needs. They will deliver it to you if you are close by also. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to rent at Security Self Storage. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and Autumn Is the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit, as well as a moving truck. I will NEVER go back to Uhaul or Budget again. We were greeted by Drew, she was very helpful and guided us through a smooth truck rental process. I am still amazed at how efficient this process was and how quick we were in and out. We needed a hand truck last minute, they were out but Drew looked up the next closest location and wrote down the address. Next up, the quality of the truck. We had a 26ft diesel truck that had under 25k, hydraulic cushion seat, cruise control and very clean. I am truly impressed with Drew, the quality of equipment, and overall Penske process. ~Oz
