Do not rent from here. I reserved a truck through Budget to pick up at this location. I called the day before to confirm and was told everything was fine. I arrived and they did not have a truck. A person in front of me was in the same situation. It cannot be a coincidence that this happened to two of us. This place is NOT legitimate. Do not choose Budget and especially not this location. ~John

Great store. Have been a long time customer since they were located by NCSU. Jason and the staff is very helpful and provide great service to keep you to make you q repeat customer. Plus by shopping there you will be saving money on your ink toner needs. They will deliver it to you if you are close by also. I will NEVER go back to Uhaul or Budget again. We were greeted by Drew, she was very helpful and guided us through a smooth truck rental process. I am still amazed at how efficient this process was and how quick we were in and out. We needed a hand truck last minute, they were out but Drew looked up the next closest location and wrote down the address. Next up, the quality of the truck. We had a 26ft diesel truck that had under 25k, hydraulic cushion seat, cruise control and very clean. I am truly impressed with Drew, the quality of equipment, and overall Penske process. ~Oz
