Facility was convenient to get to from all our locations. Office was clean and organized and Hilary was very professional and informative. The truck was clean and the tank full, unlike many reviews for that other rental place. 😉 The blankets I ordered were overlooked but that is a little thing. We will see how the move goes tomorrow...

Indoors, extremely clean, nicely temperature controlled, and safe. I was legitimately surprised by how nice it was. I'm used to seeing those outdoor accessible storage units that aren't temperature controlled or anything - that's not what this is :)

Very professional and friendly staff. The rental units and adjoining hallways are spotless. Very clean facility inside and out. It’s evident the management and staff care about their appearance. This is the second time I’ve rented space. I highly recommend Security Self Storage on Beryl Road in Raleigh NC
