We used PODS for a home renovation. Delivery and setup were quick and easy. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. The POD kept my valuables safe and protected in my driveway allowing for me to utilize my garage and to have easy access to my belongings during the process. I would definitely recommend using a POD versus using a storage facility. I was not able to be home for the pick up but the driver called me to assure me that everything was completed as ordered. Jason made everything super easy moving in and moving out! He does an amazing job keeping the place running smoothly. I signed a yearlong lease and never had a problem. During that time I probably saw him 3-4x, but when I went to move out he immediately remembered my name and got everything settled in minutes. He never tried to upsell me or lock me into anything - just asked how he could help and did whatever he could to help. Highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs! ~Josh

The place itself is nice and clean. Very accessible. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and personable. He walked me to my storage space and showed me a more convenient way to get to my storage via building entrance. We are more towards the back of the building. I’m giving it 3 stars only because when we initially got there, the office was locked. There was a gentleman before me waiting to speak with someone. I travelled all night from Pennsylvania just to pack my daughter up and then make that 8 hour drive back home. Luckily I had a little time to wait, but if I were in a time crunch like the waiting gentleman was, I would be upset as well. My time is very valuable. On your “auction days” consider having a 3rd person in the office. Especially when you know college students are taking their summer break. You may have lost a couple of patrons. Otherwise very smooth transaction. The online registration and app are very convenient. ~Eilyne

I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to rent at Security Self Storage. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and Autumn Is the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit, as well as a moving truck. The convenience of renting the truck through them made the move so much easier. ~Justine
