Sean was amazing!!! He had multiple customers when I walked in. Sean promptly worked though the line and helped us all. This was the best storage experience I have ever had. Sean is polite and very professional. Because of Sean I will only be renting at extra storage!

The staff is amazing and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a storage. Sean, Tamia and most recently Tyler. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure I was refunded for an over charge and a prorated amount for leaving early. He called me to close out my account before I informed them about closing the account. Tyler also communicated extremely well and was consistent regarding each time he stated he’d call back. Everyone at this location I’ve encountered has been proficient, professional and pleasant. If I ever need another storage unit this place without question is where I’m going.

Facility is always kept cleaned and in a convenient location. They’re beginning to get a little pricey but if you ask they’ll try their best to find a price that fit your budget, it s great place to store your belongings. The staff there is awesome to work with also.

Note This is my first time our family renting a storage unit . I’m all about customer service it makes a huge difference. Tamari was very helpful she helped me get set up at this location. She was very patient and kind answer all my questions with a smile. The manager at this location was very professional kind and also helpful! I had to update some info he asked me about our move and how things went made me feel at home. Absolutely amazing facility!! The carts really made our move smooth! I would give 9 stars if I can. I just wish restroom was open but due to covid it wasn’t. I had two girls who had to use the bathroom during our visit.

I had a climate control unit here for 3 years! They have always been very friendly! Unfortunately I had to move my unit to another location to a city closer to where I live now! This location made it so helpful for the things I did not need and disposed of everything free of charge! I highly recommend this place! Safe, secure, clean, and very friendly!
