Jason made everything super easy moving in and moving out! He does an amazing job keeping the place running smoothly. I signed a yearlong lease and never had a problem. During that time I probably saw him 3-4x, but when I went to move out he immediately remembered my name and got everything settled in minutes. He never tried to upsell me or lock me into anything - just asked how he could help and did whatever he could to help. Highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs! ~Josh

I had Athens Movers help me with a local move. My closing timeline was very tight, so it was very important that everyone go according to schedule. My movers were Phil, Cam, Will, Rich and Dominique and they were amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They made things go seamlessly and were very careful with all my belongings. They made sure everything was where I wanted it, and were done in record time. The place itself is nice and clean. Very accessible. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and personable. He walked me to my storage space and showed me a more convenient way to get to my storage via building entrance. We are more towards the back of the building. I’m giving it 3 stars only because when we initially got there, the office was locked. There was a gentleman before me waiting to speak with someone. I travelled all night from Pennsylvania just to pack my daughter up and then make that 8 hour drive back home. Luckily I had a little time to wait, but if I were in a time crunch like the waiting gentleman was, I would be upset as well. My time is very valuable. On your “auction days” consider having a 3rd person in the office. Especially when you know college students are taking their summer break. You may have lost a couple of patrons. Otherwise very smooth transaction. The online registration and app are very convenient. ~Eilyne

I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to rent at Security Self Storage. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and Autumn Is the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit, as well as a moving truck. I will NEVER go back to Uhaul or Budget again. We were greeted by Drew, she was very helpful and guided us through a smooth truck rental process. I am still amazed at how efficient this process was and how quick we were in and out. We needed a hand truck last minute, they were out but Drew looked up the next closest location and wrote down the address. Next up, the quality of the truck. We had a 26ft diesel truck that had under 25k, hydraulic cushion seat, cruise control and very clean. I am truly impressed with Drew, the quality of equipment, and overall Penske process. ~Oz
