Athens was a great choice for my move! They were easy to work with setting things up and were professional and fast on the day of the move. The moving crew, Monte, Josh, Collin, and JacQuez could not have been more professional, helpful, and kind. I've had to move several times in the last few years and this was by far the easiest and quickest. I wish I'd know about them for the earlier moves. If I ever move again, they will be at the top of my list for movers, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a mover!

Athens was a great choice for my move! They were easy to work with setting things up and were professional and fast on the day of the move. Khalil, John and Ty arrived on schedule but still called 10 minutes prior to confirm. Their professional attitude was easily noticed the second they came into the house. First they went over the agreed contract and got my signature and initials. They got straight to work preparing all the furniture to be packed. They were very cautious not to damage the furniture or house. We moved only five miles and they quoted 3 hours for the move. They finished in only two hours and for a very fair price. They relocated some furniture at our new house that wasn't part of the original quote. We made sure to let them know how pleased we were and gave them a fitting tip. We were so happy with our experience with Athens Moving Experts that we would recommend them to everyone.

I cannot say enough about how great Athens was with my move. Before the move, they patiently answered all of my questions over several calls. On moving Day, Pharaoh and Gabe came in the moving truck and my move was underway. These two guys are so great. They began packing the truck and when they had (great) questions would find me, get an answer and jump back into it. They took better care of my things than I would have. It was particularly warm the day of my move and these guys worked tirelessly to make it go as quickly as possible (also saving me money). My move was much shorter than we had estimated. Thanks so much for everything Athens and Pharaoh and Gabe. You guys take care.

Our movers were really efficient and courteous. I was really impressed with how quickly they worked. They took great care of our stuff too, which I was nervous about. I had an all around great experience with the front office staff as well. The movers did have to leave some stuff behind because they didn't have enough boxes, so we'll be moving the final bit ourselves. My box estimate was under by a few. Kind of a bummer they didn't bring extra but not a big deal.

I recently moved out of NC and Athens was a moving company that was recommended on a social media site that I frequent. I had two respectful gentleman; Khalil and Cam. They were courteous and arrived at my home on time and wrapped my furniture in blankets and pads and they were very careful with my belongings! They were able to able to complete my move in a day despite having to drive 4-5 hours one way, a fact that I very much appreciated. They were also able to move some of my furniture around at my request and had no problems doing so. I also LOVED the fact that my initial estimate did NOT change---transparency is a rare thing these days (the rate they quoted me was also SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than some of the other companies I researched)! I would gladly recommend Athens to anyone moving around the Raleigh area or if you're coming from out-of-state. Thanks Athens!!!

Had an amazing experience working with Shawn, Rich, and Chris. They helped load up a 26’ truck from two locations with poise and quickness. Stellar guys, very efficient, professional, skilled, and definitely the fastest movers I’ve ever worked with. Cannot recommend them enough. Extra kudos to Shawn - that man is as strong as he is skilled. Really enjoyed working with him and appreciate his craft.

My movers were Phil, Cam, Will, Rich and Dominique and they were amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They made things go seamlessly and were very careful with all my belongings. They made sure everything was where I wanted it, and were done in record time. These guys did an incredible job and were honestly unbelievably courteous and nice throughout the whole 4 hour move. William, John, and Z were excellent and very detailed through the moving process, really making sure to take appropriate care our our stuff! They also moved quick and were about as efficient as possible. If you need to move sometime in the near future, I wouldn't go with anyone else. -Kyle

They wrapped and protected our furniture and moved everything in just over 4 hours! They put up with my stress scatterbrains and were such a kind, fun team to be around.
