Best cosmetic dentist in Rockingham, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Honestly, the staff and receptionist have great customer services and hospitality. The woman who cleans your teeth is truly an angel. Other than that, not satisfied at all. I went to this dentist for ONE ISSUE only. Not only did my issue not get resolved, but they want to charge me for stuff they haven't done that I DONT NEED done. I asked for help with one bad infection. Not you to do work you don't need to do. Guess what, still an infection. A bad infection that has continue to spread and I've recieved no help and no relief. All I've gotten is excuses why the dentist "can't" do anything. Other dentist I've spoken with have told me with how large and painful this infection it, it's at the point it needs to be drained since antibiotics are not working. If not, the infection can become something more life threatening. Only issue is these other dentist do not have any appointment availability for months. But Aspen Dental had an opening and now I see why. This dentist acts like they're there more for the paycheck than for you. I cried to them about this pain. I've been like this for weeks. What is done?? Nothing. You tell me you can't do anything. Bull... and what do I do!! Schedule another appointment in hopes at the next one you will ACTUALLY do something because I have no other choice ~J
