I came into the shop in a panic and DC was able to talk me through my issue. I broke the screen of my laptop, which was over 10 years old. We talked about options and he gave me my best option to consider. He understood that my laptop has my entire business book and files needed for that business to keep moving forward. He took the time to explain the process he was going to do in order to salvage my files. I brought in a temporary laptop to see if those business files could be put onto that machine. DC was able to do this process with ease. He kept me updated during the process, since he knew that my livelihood was connected to his work. I would recommend his skills to anyone in the are having tech issues. When I am ready to look for my own laptop, DC offered to give me some insight on what I should look for moving forward.
