Best auto body shop in Wilmington, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Brought my new Lexus by to get an estimate for some minor bodywork. Robert asked if I could stop in the following Tuesday so he could try sanding & buffing the damaged area before moving to the next step, which would involve a complex 3 stage paint application. Robert and staff took me in immediately, repaired most of the damage and yet charged me nothing for the work. Said to just bring it back to replace the tail light whenever I wanted. Excellent experience. Great to find people you trust and aren’t just looking to make a buck. I’ll be back for any future auto body work needed and will recommend these guys to my neighbors and friends. ~Steve

This place is great. I needed a last-minute repair and although they were busy, they took me in the following day. They fixed the issue successfully and it only took approximately one hour. They ordered a part and had it brought right over. He also noticed that I was low on antifreeze and, knowing that I had a long trip, checked for leaks and added more for me without charge. They are kind, helpful, trustworthy and super accommodating. If I move to the area, I will know who my mechanic will be. Thank you! ~Junebug
