Brought my new Lexus by to get an estimate for some minor bodywork. Robert asked if I could stop in the following Tuesday so he could try sanding & buffing the damaged area before moving to the next step, which would involve a complex 3 stage paint application. Robert and staff took me in immediately, repaired most of the damage and yet charged me nothing for the work. Said to just bring it back to replace the tail light whenever I wanted. Excellent experience. Great to find people you trust and aren’t just looking to make a buck. I’ll be back for any future auto body work needed and will recommend these guys to my neighbors and friends.

Had a great experience at Affordable Collision last week. I had pulled the bumper off my daughter's car in a parking lot. We took it in Thursday afternoon and picked it up Friday. Great quick, affordable service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.

Car was struck by a deer and decided to take it to Affordable Collision for repairs. They took great care and took time on repairs and didn't rush. Paint looks amazing. Truly lives up to the name. We were vacationing when someone hit our car in the parking lot of a motel. The bumper was loose and really needed repair before returning to Atlanta in 5 days. They ordered the parts, and painted the new bumper while we used the car to get around. Then we brought in the car and they replaced the bumper in just a couple of hours! The car looks brand new and their price was unbelievably reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing body work!

Our Insurance company TRIED to scam me and my fiance'....they sent our car to their "Preferred" collision shop, "Gerber" on Carolina Beach Rd.... Gerber gave my insurance company such a high quote that our car was declared a "total loss." We fought the man, got our car back and enough settlement money that we could take it to Affordable Collision and our car could be fixed for hundreds less than quoted by Gerber. They did an AMAZING job, communicated with us throughout the process, and they stuck to their schedule. Cannon Auto Repair and Collision told us that it would be a month before our car could even be assessed b/c Progressive sends all of their auto claims to them. Affordable told us the car could be dropped off and finished in 1.5-2 weeks. They finished in 13 days. She drives better than ever and they are wonderful people. No bullsh*t-kinda people. Working with the guys at Affordable was a great experience. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. They worked with my insurance company, as well as the car rental company, to make my car repairs as smooth as possible for me. Their work was great and the service is wonderful.

There are a lot of collision repair / body shops in Wilmington, I went with Affordable based on the recommendation of someone I trust. Was very pleased with the overall experience, they finished the job on schedule, and I am especially happy with the quality and blend of the paint. Would recommend them to others. By the way, they also live up to their name .... the price was very reasonable for all the work they did.
