Hands down best place in town!!! Bruce is an amazing guy he told me to drop my truck off yesterday after I got off work and that he would have the diagnostic done on it today.. by 10am he had gave me a phone call said it was done and had fixed my truck no problem!!! Price was cheapest I had found yet and I had called multiple shops around town.. 10 outta 10 will be bringing my vehicles here and no where else me being a mechanic my self it’s hard to find a honest and trust worthy shop!! This place is amazing Bruce listens to everything you have to say and doesn’t try to up sell you or feed you any bs!! Happy to have my truck back and running after a month and 800$ in parts working on it myself!!! Crazy to me he had found the problem and had it fixed in a few hrs!!! Thanks again Bruce!!! This place is great. I needed a last-minute repair and although they were busy, they took me in the following day. They fixed the issue successfully and it only took approximately one hour. They ordered a part and had it brought right over. He also noticed that I was low on antifreeze and, knowing that I had a long trip, checked for leaks and added more for me without charge. They are kind, helpful, trustworthy and super accommodating. If I move to the area, I will know who my mechanic will be. Thank you!

This was such an amazing experience. I was really in a bind, and I mean, couldn’t turn off my engine cause I need this new battery in and no one had time, kinda bind and these guys were so so helpful. I’d called before hand and they offered to look at and fixed it literally within like 15 minutes, didn’t even charge me an insane amount (which is beyond appreciated!). Definitely starring this place for future visits!! Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery, General repairs & maintenance

As a father of two UNCW students, it is nice to be able to call and trust a mechanic to do great work and only work that is necessary at a reasonable price. I was lucky to have Bruce and the team take care of a few issues that came up while they were in school.

Hospital Automotive came highly recommended and I gave them a try and I am very impressed with them. They are very kind, knowledgeable, honest, prices are affordable, reliable, and dependable. They did some work on one of my vehicles and was honest about the job not taking as long as they thought, so they lowered the bill. I was buying a vehicle and brought 3 different vehicles to them to check out for me and they were driven and when needed put up on the lift to check completely. I was saved from buying one that had transmission problems. I can't say enough good things about them. They are definitely my mechanic for all my vehicles and for life.

This place is great!! They tell it like it is and they have a 3 year warranty on parts and labor. The work performance is amazing!! You get better than dealership service quality for the fraction of the cost. Depending on parts availability they can get you back on the road the same day if not sooner. Once you go there you'll never go anywhere else!! Hospital automotive is not a franchise or a corporation, they are a locally family owned businesses with certifications and up to date diagnostics and experience is beyond any expectations. This is a fix it right the first time shop and you'll be very happy knowing your not getting screwed over like other shops or dealerships B.S if you ever being your vehicle here and your not 100% satisfied then you might want to get a bicycle cause your crazy.

I'm not from the area, so I didn't know where to go for service. Thank you to Bruce and the folks at Hospital Automotive. They were recommended by another service business that was too busy to get us in. I am thrilled with the work and communication from their staff / technicians. They retrieved my vehicle from where we had it towed and then got everything fixed in good time. It took an overnight stay due to me wanting a new part instead of remanufactured, but that was my choice. They could have been done the same day if I would have been fine with a remanufactured part. I would definitely return if I needed service when in the area.

Brought my Jeep to Hospital Automotive for brake pads, rotors, oil change, filters, wipers and a few other things. Bruce is a genuinely nice, honest man and called to explain all the work that needed to be done along with things I thought needed work but were fine, saving me money! I got my car back the same day and it feels brand new again! I definitely found my mechanic, thank you!
