We had a package that needed to go out today. I looked up the closest UPS store and the time on the door was 30 minutes sooner than Google stated and had just closed. I looked up the next one just a few miles away on Oleander and called to confirm he would still be there. Kyle was super friendly, helpful, and quick to get us taken care of (even verified we were the ones that called so he could help us). Myrtle Grove Post Office Saturday morning Delivery in the rain of 2 large boxes. One with 80 rolls of Scott toilet paper. One with Amazon electronics. The lazy and poorly supervised US damaged delivery caused by carrier. Postperson left this delivery on my driveway in the rain in the dark last night. Its all Soaked. Ruined! She or he could have walked 25 feet further to leave it under our covered front porch. Products ruined. Called the post office branch office 1/2 before closing to report. No answer. We will file formal complaints. ~Drew
