Thomas bode is the man! He really keeps things flowing smoothly and my packages always on time. Sometimes they even arive early! The whole time is super efficient, and work together better than any crew i've ever seen before. Highly Recommended above FedEx and USPS any day.

I came in for a Amazon return as did the lady in front of me. However, this customer hadn't processed the return on Amazon's site so had no barcode/shipping/order info to give the representative. Allison was so kind and patient with the customer I have to give her kudos. I couldn't have done it with a smile like she did. She took the time to help the lady request the return through the Amazon app and match each item with the appropriate return code. Give that girl a raise!

We had a package that needed to go out today. I looked up the closest UPS store and the time on the door was 30 minutes sooner than Google stated and had just closed. I looked up the next one just a few miles away on Oleander and called to confirm he would still be there. Kyle was super friendly, helpful, and quick to get us taken care of (even verified we were the ones that called so he could help us). Thank you Kyle for helping us get an important package out in the nick of time!

We tried to go to another location and it was closed. We called Kyle and he assured us he would stay open for us, even though we were cutting it close to closing time. We arrived and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciate good service and efficiency which Kyle embodies. We will drive the extra mile to come to this location for good service.
