I had a package that did not arrive to its destination. Anna from the monkey junction post office reached out after ticket was made. Best experience she called me 4 times in one day until the problem was figure out. She was very curtious and professional and found the package at its virginia location and had it rerouted. Very pleasant experience. Problems arise its all about how they are handled. In this case A+ keep up the good work!

The mail carrier for Tarin Woods area needs to fired . He is very rude . You ask him a question about a delivery that was not yours(package) and replied very rudely “ you need to give me some respect and not be rude to me . “ I was very polite and he let raging “ you need to give me some respect “ This is not the first time he has been like this to me . The date of mail delivery was 9-29-22. Please take this complaint seriously.

Horrible post office, constantly messing every package up , tracking always says it’s at the post office but they always say we don’t have it. Always not interested in helping solve the problem, it’s always well it’s not out fault, I hate this post office is allowed to operate like this , someone from above needs to come and fix this post office.

Myrtle Grove Post Office Saturday morning Delivery in the rain of 2 large boxes. One with 80 rolls of Scott toilet paper. One with Amazon electronics. The lazy and poorly supervised US damaged delivery caused by carrier. Postperson left this delivery on my driveway in the rain in the dark last night. Its all Soaked. Ruined! She or he could have walked 25 feet further to leave it under our covered front porch. Products ruined. Called the post office branch office 1/2 before closing to report. No answer. We will file formal complaints.

I frequently get mail for neighbors. They must be getting mail intended for me because a check mailed to me was stopped after I didn’t receive it. This is scary. We drive to the Carolina Beach Post Office for excellent service. I hope the postmaster reads these reviews and fixes the problems.

What's the point of informed delivery??? Missing mail, missing packages, and constantly getting my neighbors' mail that I end up delivering for the. 🙄 Absolutely the worst post office and forget about them actually caring or giving a da*n about anything. DO NOT USE!

It looks like most people dealing with post offices leave reviews when something goes wrong and when things go right nobody bothers to write anything, so the reviews end up being skewed. I’ve had a good experience with this post office. I haven’t had any packages missing. The line in this post office fluctuates just like at any other location. Come at a random time (not during lunch or right before closing) and there won’t be many people. They won’t answer their phones, sure, but find me a Usps location that does, it doesn’t look like it’s part of their job description. But if you go in person people working at this location are super nice and helpful!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! My mail never arrives on time, I have packages that say have been delivered and I have never gotten them. When I do get mail we have to redeliver it to the people on the road because she has put all the mail in the wrong boxes!! This is NOT the first, second or third time this has happened. It happens EVERYDAY!!! I am sick and tired of it. I had to reorder insurance cards because god knows where they are at and I do not even know where the new ones I ordered are. They say they are going to do something about this but they never do!! If the mail lady can not do her job correctly then she needs to find something else to do. A child could deliver the mail better then she does!! The people at the post office NEVER answer the phone it just rings and rings so I have to go up there every time. They know they have a problem they just do not care enough to fix it!!

If I could give this post office zero stars I would. This is by far the worst post office I ever dealt with! We don’t see mail or packages for days! A package will be out for deliver and then all of a sudden it says undeliverable or it will should up 2 days later! Management needs to be fired because they have the worst attitude when you tell them about the problem! I don’t know why Amazon chose these clowns to deliver there packages. I would rather deal with UPS or FEDEX when it comes to this!

Worst service. Won’t deliver any package to my house that doesn’t fit in the mailbox. Carrier won’t get out of the truck for any reason. Always have to go to the post office for my packages. They return them to sender after a few days if I haven’t come to get it. Informed delivery showed 3 items, got 2. The third one, my tax refund, mysteriously disappeared. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
