REMEMBER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE BEFOREHAND! You cannot do walk-ins anymore, but that has made a drastic improvement to how long the entire process takes as there was only a minimal wait time when I've visited. The new location is so much better than the old one. There is much more space, a better waiting area, and a person assisting you at check in instead of getting yelled at from behind one of the counters to use the kiosk. That being said, it is still a pretty bland DMV facility, but it is efficient and gets the job done. ~Colton
