Takes forever. Had an appointment for 3:00. Showed up at 2:50 and had to leave at 3:30 because I had to get back to work and still hadn’t been helped. Also overheard them deny someone from coming in because they were 5 minutes late for their appointment. Pretty crazy.

You cannot do walk-ins anymore, but that has made a drastic improvement to how long the entire process takes as there was only a minimal wait time when I've visited. The new location is so much better than the old one. There is much more space, a better waiting area, and a person assisting you at check in instead of getting yelled at from behind one of the counters to use the kiosk. That being said, it is still a pretty bland DMV facility, but it is efficient and gets the job done.

I was blown away today. I help people escape homelessness. My friend had lost all his documents. The gentlemen told us what paperwork we needed and we were able to gather it and get this man his ID. I am amazed at how helpful and kind they were. Thank you for doing your job with care and compassion.

I wanted to change my address in my new drivers license and the old lady there was rude about the whole thing. I brought three pieces of mail with my current address and she barely looked at them and said “this isn’t going to work”. Even though I had brought liable mail that could’ve worked. She the. Threw my old drivers license on the desk and handed me a paper that fits the requirements for mail to bring in. So rude! You do not ever throw anything at a customer!
