Best hamburger restaurant in Akron, Ohio (OH) 2024

Food was at a decent temperature not cold like most McDonald's. The young ladies were very respectful. ~Jones_

Staff here are very nice and give great service. Polite and courteous. Restaurant is open for dine in and take out. Consistent McDonald's. Order taken correctly and made quickly. Food is hot. Employees are nice. This location just had a refresh of the lobby too. Easy location to drive in and out. ~Lenore

I like getting breakfast here. But lately the times where the dining room opens varies. Sometimes 8am as posted other times I was told 9 or 10am. So is it up to the Manager On Duty when this place opens? The crew here is nice so I like the interaction. Otherwise always a nice experience. Also someone keeps leaving the road sign on indicating they're open. ~samuslightsuit

Worst manager on the planet! Incompetent. Derogatory. Condescending. Unprofessional. Undesirable. Demeaning. Incoherent. Untruthful. The despicable redundant excuse of a manager made me go ALL the way home because she just HAD to have the receipt in order to help us! Even after stating we ordered online and had the receipt in the email. She states that’s not sufficient and the physical receipt is mandatory! So we head home to acquire the receipt and upon returning she still has the same outlandish attitude and claims she prepared the order personally! I then ask her how many bags were in the order she looks very confused as she stumbles over her words and tells us to leave before she calls the police. We instruct her to do so and she begins to taunt us stating that’s why we didn’t get our food.then shuts the window and hides in the back of the store somewhere! Worst experience of my life ~Martin
