Update: GameStop customer service advises that anyone who desires a family friendly environment should visit other GameStop locations. This store used to be a nice place to take children. Now, they will freely drop "f bombs" repeatedly and any other words they choose; even with kids standing right next to them. This wasn't a one time occurrence either. So, if you are a parent and don't want your child exposed to some fairly aggressive language, avoid this location. ~Chris

I needed a master link and I asked the cashier if she new where they were and she sent me right where they were but it was the area where chains were and I had a roller chain off a bicycle. I went back up to cashier and said I'm sorry I need a chain link for a bicycle chain and she apologized and I said no no I didn't tell you what type of chain I had. A roller chain was what she said and took me their where they were. A business A ++ from me. Thank you they only had one left of that size lucky me. ~Rob

They done an amazing job! My car was brand new and I ended up hitting a deer. Once they fixed my car, I got it back with it looking like it had come off the showroom floor. With just a little direction via email as I'm out of town, they were able to take my snippets and turn them into exactly what I had in mind. Pros and cons here.. Price wise? If you are looking for specific items, from my experience, there is a moderate chance you'll find a deal. There are also great coupons offered. I wouldn't personally do my "everyday" shopping here (e.g. groceries). For the sake of saving a penny. But, if you value your personal space and peace over that, Big Lots offers less of the looming anxiety I have generally felt at other major stores like Wal Mart or Kroger. That being said, I've found some great home items here to adorn my living space. At competitive prices. I also had a great experience with after-holiday clearance. The selection and deals were better than Wal Mart. ~Elizabeth
