Best cosmetics store in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) 2024

Dear CVS, today you lost a customer that you have had for 17 years. I noticed when I came to pick up my prescription that you're not taking care of your employees. Your pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are overworked and understaffed. Why call your pharmacy with a question?! No one's going to be able to answer it because your pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are overworked! Today I came by to pick up a prescription at the drive-through, and after waiting 10 minutes, nobody came to respond, and I pressed the call button again, and after about 5 to 10 minutes, I pressed the call button one more time. I honked the horn to try to get somebody's attention. Finally, I came inside, and unfortunately expressed my anger and being upset to somebody who is brand new. This person was unable to show empathy or care but instead just tried to help me to complete my transaction. Is that all I am to you?! Another colleague came over and expressed some empathy, but that colleague also said that you're not taking care of them either. Therefore, it's very difficult for them to take care of us!! So dear CVS, I will be taking my business elsewhere. ~Daniel

Usually a pretty good store. They really need to update the hours. Another review said they are not temporarily closed but that’s what it says on the app. I chose this as my home store because the pharmacy was open 24 hours. The last two times I really needed a prescription the app would tell me my order would be ready at a certain time. Suddenly it comes up as temporarily closed. If I would have known that I would have had it sent elsewhere. Please update for your pharmacy customers. ~Erica

Went to pick up some prescriptions on Thursday after waiting 30 minutes to pick them up the clerk with huge eyelashes told me had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. Went back after 30 minutes and she then gave me 2 prescriptions out of the three and said they were going to lunch I can wait till they got back or come back later. Over 2 hours for simple prescriptions. Never going back. Already switched pharmacies. They should take a professionalism class with CVS on William Howard Taft. ~Nesha

They had what we needed. You need a better security system. While we were checking out a young woman stretched above the plexiglass and stole a pack of green and silver short Marlboro pack if cigarettes. The cashier was clueless. The lady with the keys could have opened up another register but she was too busy messing with the photo lab kiosk. The cashier needed help and she acted like it was a bother to come help him. Poorly ran store. ~Jukfan
