Usually a pretty good store. They really need to update the hours. Another review said they are not temporarily closed but that’s what it says on the app. I chose this as my home store because the pharmacy was open 24 hours. The last two times I really needed a prescription the app would tell me my order would be ready at a certain time. Suddenly it comes up as temporarily closed. If I would have known that I would have had it sent elsewhere. Please update for your pharmacy customers.

NOT TEMPORARILY CLOSED.... Pharmacy closes from 1:30am-2am for dinner break, but otherwise remains open 24 hrs as always. People are great here and third shift pharmacists are top notch. I specifically wait for their shifts to start now because those ladies are fast, flawless, and really pay attention to details. Only complaint here is that often there's none or nearly no stock on shelves, for entire sections. Heaven help you if its a small category or items in the ad! In fairness to staff, NOT saying they're lazy! There's just no additional stock for resupply. This can go on for many weeks for a large number of items. Super frustrating indeed, but take it up with whomever does the stock orders, not everyone else.

My experience is primarily with the pharmacy. Their service is fast, friendly, and accurate. The drive-through has two lanes, and the wait has never been bad. When I have needed to call, communication has been extremely clear and helpful. I had been using CVS (Colerain/Blue Rock, Colerain/Galbraith) - which seems to be going through a rough patch - and am very happy I switched to Walgreens.

This is the best walgreens in town! I'm usually not out shopping walgreens at midnight, but since my children are sick I've had to go out and get medicine, popsicles, and soups. I was surprised they are open in this neighborhood, nobody else is open. I was sick as a dog, couldn't see straight and the cashier , Chuck greated me as I entered the store. He asks if I needed help, and I sure did. He walked me over to the food row directed me where to go and I wasn't in there 10 minutes. He even offered me sale items and a coupon. I wish more retail clerk's cared about customers and not just pretending to. I was very impressed with his customer service . He treated me like a queen. Best service I've ever received from Walgreens or any retailer.

There’s a male cashier who works here and his mask is so disgusting you can tell he never change it it’s a pandemic going on he shouldn’t be allowed to wear a filthy mask like this it’s disrespectful and unappealing.. makes customers not even want to spend their money

Walk-in vaccines aren't really welcome. I understand appointments take a priority but come on. A wait time should atleast be stated when checking in. I waited over an hour for a flu vaccine so I went to CVS instead.

Had a great experience at this place! The cashier named Abby, was absolutely pleasant, easy to get along with, and triple bagged my purchase for the walk home! She needs a raise. Very kind and awesome chick.
