I got a beautiful car for a great price. Much better deal than any of the local competitors. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. They were easy to work with and extremely polite. What else can you ask for?! ~Sam

Don’t do it. I rented a car from there yesterday and while the actual process of getting the car was easy and convenient, the cars themselves are unsafe to drive. The first car they gave me was a hot dusty mess- see pics. On top of it not being cleaned, the steering locked every time I turned a corner and the car was extremely hard to steer. It also kept shaking even while driving on the street. I took it back and received a second car, and after leaving work, the check engine light has come on. To make matters worse, the gas cap is broken and the trunk button doesn’t work. So after having to have a stranger assist me with getting the trunk open so I could manually release the gas cap, I was finally able to get gas. The tire pressure light is also on. As a matter of fact, both vehicles had the tire pressure light on. At this point, it’s been two days, a different car each day and I just want my money back. I understand that it is cheaper and more convenient then going to a bigger place like enterprise, but this is ridiculous. I only needed it for a week while my car is repaired and this is stressing me out!! Please see the attached pictures! It’s too bad I can’t add the videos. Stay far away from this place. If they rent vehicles like this, I can only imagine what they sell. ~Jasmine

I rent cars weekly from this location. Megan and staff have been more than accommodating when my travel plans change last minute. Cars are always clean and fueled up. Check in is quick and effortless. Drop off is a breeze. We have a corporate account with them, but even if we didn’t I’d prefer to rent from this Enterprise every time! The shuttle service is always on time. I cannot speak highly enough of this location. Thank you all for your hard work! ~Nick

Nice service and very friendly personal. All process is fast and easy. Price is affordable, vehicle is brand new. I got Hyundai Tucson, but for cold weather in Ohio I can highly recommend any all-wheel drive car. Make sure you're on-time with car return. Be safe. ~Andriy

Not sure I'll be back with Budget after this one. I usually rent a vehicle 3-4 times per year and have used Budget more than a few times over the years. For this rental, I was originally assigned a Tahoe. When I inspected the Tahoe, it was apparent it had never been cleaned. There was garbage left inside the vehicle and even chunks of a half-eaten cookie. I went back to the desk to let them know they assigned me a vehicle that was never cleaned. I was not offered an apology but was given a few excuses then told they had nothing else available. I asked where we go from here....she then called somebody on her radio and let me know they would have an Expedition ready for me in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, the Expedition pulled up. I inspected and found this one to be in even worse condition and it was obviously never cleaned. At this point, I was out of time, so I took it home where I spent 2 hours cleaning it as I didn't feel comfortable putting my family in this vehicle. This thing was so dirty, I don’t think I purposely could have made a mess like this. Garbage, half-eaten food, dog hair, spilled beverages. You name it, this vehicle had it. I took pictures if you would like me to share....... Also, the license plate expires 2 days before my scheduled turn in date.....how does this even happen? How is it possible that I would be assigned two vehicles that were never cleaned? ~Marcus
