Intake woman was pleasant and friendly and I was given the impression the guys could help with furniture disassembly, wrapping furniture for protection. However, the movers didn’t seem as though they’d been trained and didn’t help with protecting the furniture. My furniture was disassembled and lots of the assembly parts left on my floors (that I found later), packing the truck was done so that it was high and stacked in the front with less towards the back so it all fell towards the back. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and new boxes literally crushed in half upon arrival. The movers didn’t seem to care too much when I asked to be careful with moving the furniture- I would be very hesitant to use this company again, especially the Cleveland location. ~Ki

It's very convenient, but it's way more expensive than it should be for an oil change. I have a small sedan and it cost $109 just to get a full synthetic oil change. I also used their $7 off coupon from their website and it still cost that much. All of the parts and oil would probably cost $65 if you did it on your own. I just had to get it done quickly, so it was out of convenience for me. ~Daniel

They absolutely ROBBED me. I’m a 29 year old female. And they totally took advantage of my lack of knowledge, they charged me almost $900 for a new exhaust, and the man working on my car said I also needed a wheel barring…they were going to charge me &450 for one wheel barring! I just took my car to another shop, to get my wheel barring done and it costed me $150. They also told me that I could have gotten my exhaust replaced with them for HALF the price of what this place charged. Beyond disgusted! Service: Exhaust ~Britni

Mr Mo Cherry had been working with me on finding my right car for months and once he got this one that sparked my attention I took the time to make the trip. Mo was a professional throughout never making me feel pressured into one that just wasn’t quite right. Angie Murphy-Hopper I met the first time I just happened to be in town unexpectedly so I thought I would see Mo about this car.
