Apart from the jumped up pricing, the company will not sell cigarette rolling papers as apparently they are too associated with drug use. Forget the people that want to roll their own cigarettes, forget that they have enough snuff and other tobacco products and high cholesterol added foods, colorful drinks to entice children, and virtually nothing healthy in the shop, but please go ahead and make your stand on not supplying cigarette papers (they are not called drug papers) ~Daniel

I had a safe deposit box in 2013 gave key back in2015 or 16.close that account then.now 5 year later they keep send me a rental 45 dollar for a safe deposit box I closed out in 2015 the office downtown on 4th an main.The corp. Office in Beavercreek keep send me letter about a key.i have talk to Marks Baxter an S. Gibbs about that it should take weeks to rekey that box no active sense 2015 I dont have a key the person who I gave the key was a young male said he will close it an I should have any more problems or letter this was in 2015 or2016.Every year or 2 I have been getting this letter what do I have to do to be done with this problem.An Will FACEBOOK HELP OR LEGAL AID LAWYERS HELP ME SO I WILL NOT HAVE TO GO THAT FAR.😤😤🙈🙉🙊👀 ~Barbara

I've banked with PNC for a while and haven't had many issues. Lately for the last 6 months they've called me multiple times leaving a message saying "this isn't an urgent call but it's important" and every time I call back it's pointless. Seems like a sales tactic to get me to take out a loan, which is messed up during a pandemic. Very frustrating and annoying. ~Brittany

Horrible experience with banker Shelby Schleeter. I went to inquire about applying for a credit card. Ms. Schleeter neglected to inform me of credit guidelines and admitted to not being up to date of the requirements neccessary for credit approval. This negligence has affected me negatively on my credit score. Since I did not have an educated banker to properly help make an informed financial decision. I would have never applied if I was properly informed of guidelines. Ms. Schleeter also neglected to return calls, and after 4 days of waiting I had to go in person to speak with her. Ms. Schleeter showed dishonesty when stating that she had tried to call me but calls from the bank show up as scams and do not go through. This is incorrect and untrue since I have received phone calls from other bankers at this same location. I also mentioned that she also had my email and did not utilize it. Ms. Schleeter was also dishonest when stating that only a soft inquiry was made and not a hard one on my credit. It just seems like excuses, lies, and all around unprofessionalism. Not having a professional informed banker, who cares about customer relations and has their best interest at heart is the worst feeling. I have been banking with Fifth Third Bank for 3 years and have never felt more disrespected and disregarded in my life. Unfortunately this horrible banking experience has me looking for another bank to conduct my business. *Edit: It is very unfortunate that it takes bad review to get a companies attention. It is more unfortunate to see that the response chosen by this Fifth Third Branch is to redirect me to an AUTOMATED Social Media Customer Service Number. How impersonal and out of touch with your customers to not even supply a real contact at your branch. It has been one week since this incident and not one phone call or email has been extended. Even when I was in person and asked to speak with a Branch manager or supervisor I was never given the opportunity. It seems the lack of customer service relations is an management problem at this branch; since they can not even lead by example. ~What

March 28 9:30 am. A bouncy lady teller in the bank lobby gets asked for 20 dollars in quarters & the rest of a 100 dollar bill in 20s. He reply is “Sorry if I do that your getting more than the bank” ??? If you don’t understand the question or can’t count to 100 please call for assistance or ask to further your training. ~Edson

Why does the website say that you're open from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays when you're definitely not? I don't understand why businesses on this side of town do not follow their posted schedules. It makes it very inconvenient to get anything done. I always have to drive to the other side of town to run errands because I can rely on those businesses to be open when they're supposed to be. That's really sad. I should be able to spend/obtain my money where I live and not have to spend/obtain it with other neighborhoods. ~Mendy
