Why does the website say that you're open from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays when you're definitely not? I don't understand why businesses on this side of town do not follow their posted schedules. It makes it very inconvenient to get anything done. I always have to drive to the other side of town to run errands because I can rely on those businesses to be open when they're supposed to be. That's really sad. I should be able to spend/obtain my money where I live and not have to spend/obtain it with other neighborhoods.

Horrible bank. Someone I follow on IG is being charged with an absurd amount of overdraft fees for no reason, these people are straight up thieves.

I have repeatedly gotten terrible service from this branch. The first one i didnt feel the need to give a bad review because i have a thing about not getting on the internet to spread negativity. Today i called to see if o could purchase some coin wrappers and was told i had to have an account. Im sure that isnt true but it reminded me of my earlier interaction with this woman whom i will get her name later when i go into the bank. I was a part of a research study and received my payment in a u.s. bank check. I took the check to this branch and was told it couldnt be cashed because my i.d. was expired. I left got a new i.d. and came back. She then told me we can't cash it because your i.d. is too new and it will get flagged. If this were true she could overide it. She could have also said that when she told me my i.d was expired. If im trying to cash a check and my id is expired then its reasonable to assume that im leaving to get a new i.d. Now the problem im having after the whole " im going to lie to this lady and after she spends money to correct a problem im still not going to cash her check but i will service her with another lie.",is that she is nasty in her tone. She is so quick with her assumptions that she shut down a person who yes needed her to cash my check but i also needed an account. But when she prompted me to get a new i.d.(that's what you do when Its expired) and then told me it was too new, i had the thought process that i don't want to get lied to and given the run around about my money. I also let my father who had never had an account know not to deal with the bank closest to his house because the lady in there was nasty and claims that she is her own supervisor. She is also the person above herself. So i wasnt allowed to know who her boss was. So two people were going to st a rt accounts and were turned off and away. We wpuld have had to swallow the bitter tastes she left us with and side stepped her lies to get accounts there. H ow many more people has she all but forced to find a more s suitable bank. They wouldn't allow me to post 0 stars so i had to give 1. To be fair i gave HER. And HER branch 1 star. U.s. bank was a great bank from teenage years to my early twenties. Thats why i intended to come back. I will post her name shortly

The people are great it's a good location and I've been going there for quite a while now people are very friendly they bend over backwards to help you and they're just doing their job that to me is great you don't get that any places too much anymore
