I am so happy I came across this gym. As someone that feels intense gym anxiety I instantly felt welcomed and at home. Dwight was so friendly from the moment I walked into the door and took the time to show me around the gym and where everything was. This gym has the perfect balance of a relaxing yet intense atmosphere and has everything you need for a great workout. It inspires me to keep wanting to come back. ~Daphne
