Knowledgeable staff have always been a pleasure to do business with. I've ordered several replacement Bridgeport parts from them, and they have always been great quality and reasonably priced. They have parts that others don't stock. Also worth mentioning that their local service is really fast. Time between a phone-call and a part being in hand has frequently been < 1hr. This location is absolutely horrible. There’s so many things to complain about. We can start with the associates, they don’t care, don’t know, and avoid customers. I came in to learn about the circle k pay and none had any idea and didn’t even know how to sign up for it. Coffee is either broken, no white sugar, or out of creamer. The pop machine is always disgusting and not stocked and don’t even dare tell an associate that one of the soda lines needs changed unless you want an attitude, eye roll and a huff. If you need an associate to check you out be ready to wait five minutes at least and also don’t be expected to even be greeted. Just absolutely horrible. I have never seen a gas station let alone a circle K ran so poorly. ~Victoria
