This location is absolutely horrible. There’s so many things to complain about. We can start with the associates, they don’t care, don’t know, and avoid customers. I came in to learn about the circle k pay and none had any idea and didn’t even know how to sign up for it. Coffee is either broken, no white sugar, or out of creamer. The pop machine is always disgusting and not stocked and don’t even dare tell an associate that one of the soda lines needs changed unless you want an attitude, eye roll and a huff. If you need an associate to check you out be ready to wait five minutes at least and also don’t be expected to even be greeted. Just absolutely horrible. I have never seen a gas station let alone a circle K ran so poorly.

'Manager' Dawna needs to be replaced! Twice now I have gone in and she hides in the back; once telling me that she 'is not supposed to ring out customers'. Yesterday there were two workers behind the registers and they both hid! That employee reaffirmed that they aren't supposed to ring people out when I tried to address this with Dawna. They were both loud, (I was the only one in there at the time), rude and condescending! Neither should be working in a place of 'customer service' as when I read through the other reviews I can see that I am far from the only one who gets treated this way! Owner should take note of this (and other similar reviews) and make immediate changes in the personal there! The ONLY time I had a normal experience is when a male was minding the register area. The women all seem to be cut from the same clothe... If these women had to waitress for a living, they would starve to death because they would never get tipped! Oh, and despite the sign on the door requiring customers to wear masks, none of the women wear them! If someone leaves a good review, the owner recognizes it with 'Hi ----, thank you for your rating and for choosing Circle K!' When will they wise up and pay attention to the complaints about the 'staff'? Something like, 'We are sorry you had this experience and will look into it...' Owner either doesn't care or perhaps the bad staff are relatives...

Staff at store was not friendly and your idea of having only self check and have 5 employees watching is so bad for customer experience. Please train your managers to always be patient and kind to customers. I will never go to this store again I will go to one 1/2 mile away that’s 10 times better.

I will NEVER spend another dime at this location. If you wish to purchase ANYTHING here, you are forced to use the self scan checkout. Personnel behind the counter is not allowed to take your money. Which of course means most of them are rude and have no concept of proper customer service. The owners of this place do not deserve to be in business.

Well I will never shop at a circle k again self check out machines while u pay 2 rude ppl to sit their and do nothing but talk! Money well wasted! I’ll go where they have people that actually work for there money. Not people watch lol what a joke speedway , Quiktrip, quick mart, shell and sheets will be getting my business

I will do my best to avoid this location, after my latest experience. I stopped in on the way to work and tried using the self service register and it was having issues. There was 3 people behind the counter chatting it up, I ask the guy if he could ring me out and he said no use the self checkout. No thanks I left my merchandise setting on the counter and walked out.

I wish I could give it zero. I am not an employee why am I being told corporate wants them to make customers use self checkout? I am going to call corporate and ask them if they will be paying me to do an employees job.
