They take back tools without a hassle but with the price of gas it would be nice to get tools that didn't break so often

The best deals in town don't need to check out other places for prices just check them out first your be glad you did !! just bought a submersible pump the prices were about 23 to $27 cheaper than home Depot

The cashier Dawn was so disrespectful and she is also a liar. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a nail gun and she rudely said to us " if you guys think you're going to use this for your projects and complete your projects and bring it back to return it to get your money back you will not be able to get much of your money back because we are going to charge you a restocking fee just so you know". Then when asked if there was a number to text and receive texts from harbor freight with deals and looked me in the eye and said there wasnt the only way to get deals is to become a paid member". What a lying horrible cashier. When I got out to the car, at the bottom of the receipt there was a number that said text for exclusive deals! I won't go back if she is there!!

What's not to love about Harbor Freight? It has everything for the novice and professional. Most products are for occasional use or one-and-done, but the are some hidden jems if you look! A great place to kill 30 minutes browsing!

I was in store to purchase an cordless impact wrench. After a while I ask the check-out lady could she please page someone to assist me. Well, after eleven minutes later a guy finally come from the back. Ask a few questions. Wasn't the least bit informative about the Earthquake line. Last draw, in the middle of a question he begin to carry on convo with another customer. Then just walked away. I left to go to Lowes. Never again Harbor Freight!

I do a lot of Contracting work and personally I LOVE Harbor Freight. You can get mostly anything you need for half the price of Lowe's or Home Depot. And a lot of their tools are guaranteed for life! There's only been a couple acceptions where Harbor Freight's line of tools didn't measure up.

Some of their tools are an exceptional value others you have to watch out for. Parking is good and they seem to get you in and out in a hurry.

Update: 11/22/2020 My original review was posted on 11/20/20 with a 1-star review but I am pleased to say Harbor Freight sent an email to my husbands concerns on today 11/22, wanting more information related to the incident so that they could follow up with the manager. So based on their immediate response and concerns it shows that the corporate office takes Customer service seriously. So I was very pleased to see that they found this concern as serious as the virus. Thank you Harbor Freight. Not enforcing the mask mandate. This man walked around the entire store with no mask and no one approached him. I try to understand the mentality of not wanting to protect yourself let alone those around you. But to just be totally blatant and not even think about putting one on is just total ignorance. Until this COVID is over as uncomfortable as it may be for us to wear them I am sure it is uncomfortable to approach a customer to tell them it is a state mandate now and you can not shop here without it. But it must be done otherwise we will never get this under control. I don’t want to wear one either but I do because I am trying to protect my love ones let alone myself.

Quick stop for inexpensive tools and gadgets. Found somethings I didn't expect them to have. Welding equipment, and rock tumblers. Service was non-existent but it's pretty easy to find what you need.
