I am so happy I came across this gym. As someone that feels intense gym anxiety I instantly felt welcomed and at home. Dwight was so friendly from the moment I walked into the door and took the time to show me around the gym and where everything was. This gym has the perfect balance of a relaxing yet intense atmosphere and has everything you need for a great workout. It inspires me to keep wanting to come back.

great staff and great equipment. always ready to help you when you need it. my only issue with them is that i’ve had so many problem getting them to charge me the correct amount for my bill. i was on the family plan with my mom, and was supposed to be paying a set rate as the additional family member, and they switched billers, and all of a sudden my rate shoots up $15. i contacted them about it, and they claimed they fixed it, then it happened again the next month, and then was fixed the month after (december). then i moved, and i asked them about cancelling my membership and they agreed, said i had to return my key card but i would be billed one more time in january (not a problem). got billed in january again for the incorrect amount, $15 over, and then was just billed again in february (for the incorrect amount and shouldn’t even have been billed).

So I just started coming to this gym and I like it! They've been open for a few years now so everything still looks clean and new. The owners are extremely nice and run a good operation here. There's a couple of large rooms you can use at any time other than class time. There's tons of space here so you don't feel like you're on top of anyone. All the machines are Matrix brand and have quick guides to show you how to use it. You can even scan a QR code and see a video guide if you're new to a piece of equipment. There's a good selection of cardio equipment as well and a room full of spin bikes. They offer classes which I haven't done yet but the sounds good. There's loads of free weights to choose from. They have a personal trainer on site too. Over all the facility is clean and looks taken care of. The lockers and bathrooms are clean. Showers are a big plus as a few gyms in the area don't have them. If you're looking to go to the gym for the first time, look no further. If you've been going to a gym and looking for something new, check them out! They also make shakes and have a bunch or supplements on hand. For what you're getting $30 a month isn't bad.

The service here is phenomenal! Dwight, the owner, pours his heart and soul into this gym. He is available to offer advice and recommendations on how to meet your fitness goals. The equipment is brand new and offers a wide variety of machines and free weights. There are several classes offered to members at no extra charge. An absolutely great place to work on your fitness!

Friendly, warm environment! Clean, state-of-the-art equipment and layout. Fresh, vibrant design. Upbeat, uplifting staff! Classes are fun and accommodating to all fitness levels. You won’t find nicer staff anywhere else! I really like this gym for a multitude of reasons and will be returning regularly.

Being new to the area, I shopped around for a new gym for a bit. Toured 3 others before I stopped in at Powerhouse and was immediately floored by the superb layout and variety of equipment. The owner, Dwight, is very friendly, always here in the mornings, and ensures that the main floor, locker rooms, and class rooms are virtually spotless. Hands down the best gym I've ever had the privilege of being a member of.

Great brand new clean gym with a large selection of equipment and a variety of group exercise classes like spinning at an affordable price. Not just that, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very eager to help you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend Powerhouse Gym!
