Wellness Traditions is an amazing facility with top notch equipment and amazing staff members. Steve was by far one of the most informative massage therapists I have ever had. I highly recommend him as his expertise was above anyone I’ve seen. I had knots upon knots that were causing me lots of trouble, but after one session, I feel refreshed and cannot wait for the next session. Truthfully he is a muscle whisper!

I’ve been to many massage therapists and believe in massage as a strong self care. In 30 plus years of biweekly massages, I have never had such an incredible experience. Steve took time in areas that I never knew needed the attention. I left breathing, moving and feeling better than I have ever felt! I’m grateful my niece got me a gift certificate to try Steve or I would have truly missed out on the “muscle whisperer”! I highly recommend Him and Wish him much success and hope he doesn’t ever get too busy to keep my standing by weekly appointment.

Best place for holistic wellness!! Massage, Classes, sauna, Salt Cave and so much more to help individuals get well, stay well or just come for a self care day! I was referred to Wellness Traditions from my cousin. I spoke with Michelle first by phone. She had such a positive and optimistic outlook i new I had to meet her. Michelle was busy but Steve her husband was available. I felt like family when I met them both. I had been going through a very hard personal trial soon after I recovered from Lyme. I have been nurse over 20 years and have my share of back aches. I have a history of migraines, neck pains or scarring issue of my left hand from a fall. Steve truly has a gift and healing touch! His combination of massage techniques makes for the best massage I have ever received. Every massage from him is the best! He is incredibly intuitive of what type of massage my body needs and has a gentle yet effective way of getting all my kinks out! I love the use of Young Living oils the heated Pemf mat. You will be blessed beyond measure!! I see Steve regularly and my pain is nearly non existent. Michelle, did a Reiki session on me. I did not know what to expect as I never had Reiki before. I know I had blocked energy for a while. During her session she was able to balance my energies and I felt so incredibly peaceful for weeks afterwards. She checked on me to make sure all was going well. Which I was grateful for. She helped me to understand the spiritual practice as well. Michelle is healer for sure! Grateful she got me in! Steve is a genuine healer ... his in depth understanding of the body and muscles makes his sessions a pure relief from ailments, stress and muscle knots I didn’t even know I had.
