I was in need of a haircut before going out of town. The stylist was limited on time and didn't have her scissors. Needless to say this dedicated Stylist searched the shop until she found a pair. They weren't the best but she made it work. I left with a new do and totally satisfied as a customer. Thanks to a REAL Stylist...Yolanda T

had a VERY bad experience today at this salon due to the Manager “felicia”. i usually don’t post bad reviews about another stylist but this experience has been stressful. she made my haircut very uneven due to her not being open enough to listen to my concerns. i have been doing hair for 6+ years , and have done thousands of haircuts in my lifetime working for chain salons and taking CEU. i specifically told her she needed to wet my hair down due to it bieng wavy, and that it will be even if she does, she had attitude and also told me no she didn’t want to cut my hair wet and made up some odd excuse that didn’t make sense to me as a hairstylist. . my hair is now choppy and uneven.. my coworkers even pointed out how bad it looked. she refused to also use a technique i suggested for my hair type and it was uneven the first time and asked her to re do it.. she then had attitude and grabbed an uneven section and almost cut it. thank goodness i stopped her because i would have known what the result would have been if she did. i came back to the salon and another stylist said that she is the manager and she does great work and that there was no need to be stressed? it’s my hair that i paid for and it look bad.. she needs to slow down and take her time.. and just because you are a manager doesn’t mean you are good at what you do. i hate to post this but it has caused stress and inconvenience to have to go back and ask for a refund and they gave me a gift card. thank goodness it was handled but it was not a good experience and someone needs to hear it. also she kept telling me to trust her professional opinion?? so i felt like i couldn’t even say anything to help MY HAIR be even . i went out last night and my friend who is also a hairstylist did a cross check and one side of my hair is longer than the other. she should be ASHAMED. i’m annoyed that i have to get it fixed and pay for another haircut because these stylists at this salon are rude and do not know how to cut hair

Called store to inquire if the ring I was waiting to be sized was ready. Order was placed three weeks ago. Was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to be transferred to jewelry who was not answering the phone. Hung up and called back and no one never answered the phone again...

My daughter had her hair braided there and Monique did an excellent job. Her braids were so neat and professional. I will be back.
