Best van rental agency in Findlay, Ohio (OH) 2024

Yesterday was a tough day for us. We had a truck failure north of here and had to rent a truck quickly. We were effectively stranded 150 miles from home, a still had hundreds of miles to travel. U-Haul sent us here because this location was open an hour later than the other. I'm glad they did. The gentleman that helped us showed genuine concern for our situation and comfort long before knowing our predicament. Kindness is their default position and that's a refreshing thing that this world needs much more of. Upon returning the equipment, we had to work our tools into a recently acquired rental car, it was going to be a tight fit so he helped by taking some of our trash. We were going to stuff it into the car and deal with it later but he went the extra mile and brought out a trash can. He didn't have to do that. Thank you for helping us today and yesterday. If I'm ever in Findlay again and need a truck. I won't go anywhere else. ~JC

So, I'm sitting on the curb outside of enterprise waiting for a taxi. Let me tell you how this happened. At noon, I called AAA who booked me a rental woth enterprise. I called to ask if my girlfriend could pickup the rental and be the only driver. Mike (who helped me first) said "sure, just have her bring a debit card with $300 extra as a hold" okay great. Fast forward, 245 she arrives via taxi. "Oh she has an out of state license, you'll need a major credit card" which I don't have, so I say can I come out and add her as the secondary. They say yes. I get there and they tell me (I also took a taxi from work) that they can't rent to me without 2 utility bills, which I don't have because neither Chaz nor Mike told me to being them. So here me and my girlfriend are, sitting on the curb outside enterprise. I will never rent from enterprise again ~Devin
