Would not ever rent here. I made a reservation online for today and was called this morning told that they didn’t have a vehicle even though when I made the reservation they said there was availability and even this morning I checked after I got the call and they said there was availability and I got there and they said they do that to get information incase someone else doesn’t show up. Well when you need a car and they lie it doesn’t help. What a joke to run a company like this.

So, I'm sitting on the curb outside of enterprise waiting for a taxi. Let me tell you how this happened. At noon, I called AAA who booked me a rental woth enterprise. I called to ask if my girlfriend could pickup the rental and be the only driver. Mike (who helped me first) said "sure, just have her bring a debit card with $300 extra as a hold" okay great. Fast forward, 245 she arrives via taxi. "Oh she has an out of state license, you'll need a major credit card" which I don't have, so I say can I come out and add her as the secondary. They say yes. I get there and they tell me (I also took a taxi from work) that they can't rent to me without 2 utility bills, which I don't have because neither Chaz nor Mike told me to being them. So here me and my girlfriend are, sitting on the curb outside enterprise. I will never rent from enterprise again

Rented a Nissan Maxima got to the lot in Findlay Ohio, they offer me a Nissan Kicks basically a clown car! For the same price!! Hamish the clerk was ZERO help! They had ten other cars on the lot but nope cant get one of those… GO TO HERTZ OR ALAMO This ruined our weekend and Im not amused!

I recently rented an SUV for a family vacation a few weeks in advance. Two days before they call me and let me know that the SUV may not be back in time, but asked if a minivan would be okay. I said that it would. Fast forward to the day we are supposed to leave for vacation. When I arrive (35 min drive and I quit planting to make sure I could get there in time before they close) they tell me that the SUV didn’t come back, and sorry but the gentleman that called me was wrong. Both of their minivans, which were sitting in the parking lot, were already reserved. Then she gave me the business cards for the Bowling Green and Perrysburg stores and told me I could call them. Terrible service, and frankly she couldn’t have cared less. Do yourself a favor, go to Avis!

I have been dealing with this particular office for over 6 months with my job. Overall I've had a wonderful experience. Everyone has been nice and the cars have been decent. Tuesday a woman was working when I went to pick up a rental. She was immediately snarky because I was there "so close to closing". Google and their website stated they were open until 6, so I arrived at 4:45. Apparently they close at 5. When I told her this she kept being snarky and stating that was corporates job. Well I'm sorry but I had no idea. She was very unpleasant to work with. And my current rental isn't the greatest car with smoke smell and multiple electrical issues in the car. Prior to yesterday I had great service and the cars weren't the best but better than this.

Just had the most wonderful experience with Enterprise car rentals in Findlay Ohio. The staff was absolutely stellar to do work with. One of the gentlemen named, Andrew went way above the call of duty! He was very friendly cordial and very easy to work with as I can say the rest of staff would be the same way they seemed well trained and spot on

Scheduled to rent a car better than a month ago. They told us to pick up at 12, even though they closed at 12 (no one told us). GPS took us to a wrong street so we ended up being 6 mins late. They closed. No one answered, 800 number said they couldn’t do anything if they left. Why schedule us at 12 if you were closing at 12 and not willing to wait? We leave in 5 hours and have no car. Ridiculous and terrible customer service.

They were all very nice and helped me right as soon as I walked in the door. They were fast and yet professional and had me on the road within 15 min. I loved the car and top service.

Everytime I rent a vehicle. The windshield is always dirty on the inside. The wipers are usually bad also. They should take there time and make sure the windshield is good. They could run the wipers so that the wipers are good. The last time I rented or my company got me a car, I asked for a ride for a certain time and I didn't get picked up. Then I called an hour later and they came and got me making me late on the pick up. But other than that I have some good cars and customer service
