Very unprofessional. No sign says no exchange. The sign they have it's on their desk. We bought two scarf on wrong size/design. All we wanted to exchange. But without any professional behavior the owner and two sales girl were laughing and saying no store would let you exchange. At the same time you can't even open the product in store. It's just cheating on customer and their money. So, I gave them the scarf for free. They can use their product. Stay away from this kind of business. They should not be even in the business. Dishonest business practice. You rather buy things online than helping these dishonest local businesses.

place is actually nice. They have lots of stuff for asian and Arabic people. only negative thing is their manager. He doesn't know how to talk with customers. Always on the phone talking with someone. I don't know of he's also the owner or not, if he's not the owner i wonder why he is in that position.

Do not buy anything from here if you expect to bring back the next day and get a refund with receipt!! You can only get store credit!! It’s a shame there aren’t any signs that state that!! Not happy at all!!
