They charged 50 cents credit card fee without letting you know and tried to hide it without giving you the receipt. Also I don’t know how they did it. The Google map shows price is 3.6, but they are charging 3.9 for regular. For sure 3.6 price is trying to lure you in. Feel cheated! ~田野

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Large parking lot, clean waiting areas. Text reminders and confirmation for appointments. Felt comfortable in discussing any and all questions I had about my Oldman. ~Ashley

Used them for a truck that was stalling out in Willard, ohio. Told them that we suspected water in the fuel. Response time was good, repair technician brought fuel with him but had no way to get fuel out of tank on truck , he checked a couple of things it started and would run for a little bit and stall out. Called and asked him to check fuel filter, said he couldn’t because he didn’t have a replacement filter. Ask if he scanned truck with code scanner, he didn’t have one on his truck. Basically he showed up check a couple of things and said that was all he could do, charged $540.00 and left. The next day a get a call from customer service asking how everything went after explaining everything the customer service rep. Said she would have a manager call, manager called and said that this is not the way they do business and he was going to talk to owner about refunding part of the money back, it’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I would not recommend them for repairs. After getting truck back to our office changed fuel filter and it ran fine!!!! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning ~Dennis

PJ informed us of a great deal for a new phone. He transferred all the information to the new phone without a hitch. He gave us good advice on the best way to charge and maintain the new phone. He did a great job of explaining everything. Thank you. ~Ric

These guys are great. I went in to discuss the T-Mobile internet can and walked out with one. They’re friendly, down to earth and honest. When they don’t know something they’re not afraid to admit it and they always have solutions for the problems I bring them. ~Sean

Wish i could give it zero. I was very dissatisfied with my experience with the staff, specifically the women named Jamie. She was rude, made me and my friends feel stupid, and just overall had this bad attitude. Also, i used to work at a Joann fabric, where is this policy about one cut per person, maybe it was just my manager but it’s absurd. Jamie I hope you see this ~Venus
