Walked in and we were not greeted and then someone came in after us and was helped first so we left to go to the other Verizon near the chipotle and they were much better.

Dakota was very helpful from the moment I walked in and ordered my new phone as well as when I went back in 2 days later to pickup the new phone and transfer my stuff over. He helped me through the entire process and took the time to make sure contacts and so forth transfered over. The other agents there were also very nice and helpful to everyone that came through the door.

This visit to a Verizon store was the best I have ever experienced throughout the 20+ years of being a Verizon customer. I normally go to the other store in our town but a friend recommended this location and I am absolutely pleased with my experience. PJ our customer service rep was very professional and has an awesome attitude towards the customers and especially Verizon. He was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions I had about the new S22 in language I could understand since I am learning how to navigate the smartphones lol. He made sure that he found the best possible deal for me plus upgraded my plan to unlimited for not much more than what I was paying before. I ended up purchasing accessories and a few other things because of how nice and personable PJ was. Highly recommend this location and all of the customer service guys that I seen was very nice and also professional to their customers.
