I ordered some parts over 2 weeks ago online. I used most of the parts the same day but 1 part I didn't put on because I was going out of town. It was over 2 weeks when I finally got around to changing the last part. When I took the old one off I realized I had actually ordered the wrong part (totally my fault). I looked and looked but could find the receipt but I did have a email from the day of purchase. The staff bent over backwards to help me and ended up giving me a refund on my credit card. I truly do appreciate them helping me out so much. I've been through this same situation before and could only receive a gift card. ~Brian
