At this point just shut all the auto parts stores down on south Hamilton between 70 and 33. Customer Service is big time lacking at all 4, no exaggeration. Know exactly what you need when you go here or don’t waist your time. Employees not helpful. ~Tiffany

I ordered some parts over 2 weeks ago online. I used most of the parts the same day but 1 part I didn't put on because I was going out of town. It was over 2 weeks when I finally got around to changing the last part. When I took the old one off I realized I had actually ordered the wrong part (totally my fault). I looked and looked but could find the receipt but I did have a email from the day of purchase. The staff bent over backwards to help me and ended up giving me a refund on my credit card. I truly do appreciate them helping me out so much. I've been through this same situation before and could only receive a gift card. ~Brian
