At this point just shut all the auto parts stores down on south Hamilton between 70 and 33. Customer Service is big time lacking at all 4, no exaggeration. Know exactly what you need when you go here or don’t waist your time. Employees not helpful.

I have given up on Autozone and Advance Autoparts. Always helpfull staff. If they don't have parts usually next day they will. Much better store than most would think.

Online parts availability info is not accurate. If you call the store to verify when a part will be available for pickup, the info given to you will also not be accurate. You wont find this out until you arrive at the store at the promised time and are told something completely different. This has caused me a 3.5hr delay and i am an owner of a repair facility, which means i am forced to pass the delay onto my customer and am unable to stand behind the promise i made to them. I buy parts from multiple sources and i must honestly say that i get the best service and accuracy from Advanced Auto Parts in Groveport.

Won't be spending any more money here. I show the clerk a picture on my phone he goes and gets a higher priced item. So I was lead to believe I was getting robbed outta 17 dollars. The red headed lady calls a manager after I complain for a min.says they can offer me a discount, but they cannot honor online/pickup prices.However she caught the 33.99 item was the one I wanted. The guy handed me the more expensive one. Way to cheat me, glad I was paying attention.Only reason I bought the item cuz I didn't feel like getting my twins in n out of the car. So thank you for making me look like a "Karen" when your employee can't read a photo and give me the correct item.

This is an awesome store I went in there with a bad battery the people did not try to scam me into getting something I didn't need they actually helped me scan the car and I was able to leave knowing that I was taken care of. I want to say thank you to the O'Reilly Auto Parts team

This is the worst auto parts store I've been to! My little sister is broke down in their parking lot. The nut wasn't tighten on her battery so it died. She is struggling to get both nuts off & to carry the battery in. None of the O'rielly's employees would help her at all. They told her that the battery wasn't purchased from them so it would be a liability issue. Advance Auto, Auto Zone, Napa, etc... all go out to their parking lots to help & assist customers with basic issues like this one! This is the only chain I've heard of that will make a lady that's broke down, running late & without much mechanical knowledge do this work by herself in there parking lot while the employees watch out the window! I've lost all respect for this chain & encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. I'm very disappointed! I don't know of any other auto parts store to be this unhelpful & rude.
