I ordered some parts over 2 weeks ago online. I used most of the parts the same day but 1 part I didn't put on because I was going out of town. It was over 2 weeks when I finally got around to changing the last part. When I took the old one off I realized I had actually ordered the wrong part (totally my fault). I looked and looked but could find the receipt but I did have a email from the day of purchase. The staff bent over backwards to help me and ended up giving me a refund on my credit card. I truly do appreciate them helping me out so much. I've been through this same situation before and could only receive a gift card.

Jeff is awesome! Extremely helpful and went above and beyond changing my car battery in a literal tsunami. Give Jeff the keys to the advance auto parts kingdom because this man knows everything.

Can't go lower than 1 star, but I guess they enjoy hanging up on people here, because they've hung up on me twice. And not only that, I went into the store to get a headlight bulb for my car and I had the manager look up the headlight that I needed for my car, told him the exact make and model on my vehicle, and not only did he try to sell me the most expensive bulbs he had in stock, he also sold me the wrong bulb that didn't even fit my vehicle. And even tried to upsell me items that I did not need and was very pressuring on it.

They were great. The guy came out n helped me put oil in my car. He said he wasn't aloud to actually do it for me but showed me how. Was very kind n friendly n helpful. I will be back. Thanks advance auto for all ur help.

The manager is very rude. Acts like he is better than, and knows more, than you. I was a diesel mechanic in the army. I know what I'm doing and he made me feel like I was nothing.

I drove out to that location bc they were showing to be the only shop with the type of rear brakes needed for my car. Unfortunately, it was sort of a wasted trip. The attendee that I spoke with who looked up my info prior to me coming didn't look up the info correctly. So they didn't have the part I needed but they were able to source it at another location and give me a 20% discount. Although I had top drive somewhere else to get the part, I appreciate the customer service at the location from the shop manager and attendee.

Amazing service. Ask for Matt, Angela, or brittany in the morning . And in the evening ask for John. They all will take care of you Vehicle's every need an then some. P.S. I work at this location and i enjoy making people's day when i have the parts for them.

Awesome store and employees are helful and friendly. The man who checked us out also helped us pick out the best wiper blades and then installed them for us before we left!! I like their sales and good selection of products. The customer service is top notch

If u go ask for Pete. The best employee they have!! They have great service. Great help. They get things done. Got everything u need or if not they order it. They know what there doing and what they are talking about. They always price match. Good quality parts!! Over all the best advance I have been to hands down!! Clean enviroment. Neat & organized!
