I love Michael's stores because they are great for all craft needs. This store in particular was lacking. They did not have 3 items out of 4 that I needed. No one recommended they can order the items for me and the prices were slightly higher for the items I usually get. I wasn't very satisfied with this visit and would suggest calling and asking if your item is in stock before wasting the drive. ~Leavy

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. If you plan on banking with chase, they do not work together along side other banking companies, meaning if you wish to transfer a large sum of money into a third party savings account chase will take it upon themselves to lock your account, then after you visit the location in person, not once or twice but three times to give them your proof of ID and social in person they'll continue to lock your account. My account has been locked since May 2021 although there are zero restrictions on my debit card as far as I can see I am able to use it anywhere for anything. But I am locked out of viewing my account and seeing how much I have or what I am spending on. 0/10 will be switching banks and no more money will be contributed to this bank account. ~Timmie

Posted sign for sale price and gentlemen in the garden department had been so helpful and told me 3x they were on sale and then get to check out where it didn't "scan"on sale and was sent back from register 2 to garden center for photo of sale sign. Then told they can't override the vendor's price when you get back the length of the store 2nd trip with the photo and was spending $175 on other things. Empower employees or have managers or take down your sale signs on table full of flowers. Needless to say, I went home without them disappointed. I Considered having my whole order returned but needed some of things that night ~Dawn

I'm a pretty understanding person, I understand being short staffed and struggling. But throwing a chicken nugget on a sandwich and covering it with two big slices of tomatoes is laziness. This "sandwich" was covered with so much condiments, by the time I got home it was cold. I paid for a sandwich and got poor work ethic instead ~Apollo

My first time back at this restaurant since I was in collegeten years ago. Very tasty and healthy expanded menu. I had the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi. So much tastier and heartier than what I imagined it would be. ~Jennifer

This is the best place to have your taxes taken care of. I had Erin and she was super wonderful, i felt like i was at home instead of a tax place. I will always come to this location and i think anyone else that would come also will be very happy. This is absolutely a 5 star place. I was even able to do a walk in tax filing although they also do appointments. I am impressed. ~R
