If I could give this place less than one star, I would. If you plan on banking with chase, they do not work together along side other banking companies, meaning if you wish to transfer a large sum of money into a third party savings account chase will take it upon themselves to lock your account, then after you visit the location in person, not once or twice but three times to give them your proof of ID and social in person they'll continue to lock your account. My account has been locked since May 2021 although there are zero restrictions on my debit card as far as I can see I am able to use it anywhere for anything. But I am locked out of viewing my account and seeing how much I have or what I am spending on. 0/10 will be switching banks and no more money will be contributed to this bank account.

This location is by far nicer than other branches in the area and the people are wonderful!! From the manager, all the way down to the tellers, I have never seen anything at another location that lives up to how kind and accommodating they are. I even saw the manager helping someone who was locked out of his car.

I went in to get my account number for my new credit card and I got a post it note with a customer service number to call. I called the number and it’s asking me for my account number before speaking to anyone which I DONT KNOW, that’s why I went in with two forms of ID and got told to call a service line I can’t use. Unprofessional.

Horrible Kimberly lied and said my debit card would be here my Wednesday and she told me not to do pay for expedited shipping for my debit card because it would come around the same time which was a like it’s been a week and I still don’t have my debit NEXT TIME CHASE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES AREN’T SURE ABOUT SOMETHING THEY NEED PARTNER UP WITH SOMEONE THAT DOES I’M SO UPSET AND ANOTHER THING YOU GUYS NEED TO GET TEMPORARY CARDS INSTEAD OF US WAITING THIS LONG IF I COULD GOVE YOU GUYS A ZERO STAR I TRULY WOULD

Took me A week to make an appointment to open a new account. The banker was saying I type the document to prove the beneficiary LOL. They have lack of professionalism and financial intelligence and zero knowledge about bank policy. Don’t know how to treat customers. I’m very disappointed and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BE PART OF THIS BRANCH.

So the bank is totally empty and not a single person Greeted me as I’m sitting in the waiting area. This by far has been the worst experience I’ve been through in a chase branch. I’ve usually had a really pleasant experience with all Chase banks I have ever went to. They usually at least greet the customers and let them know somebody will be with Them shortly if they are busy with other customers. But not even that. I’d totally understand if there was a lot of customers waiting ahead of me, but the branch is absolutely empty. I read some of the other comments while sitting here waiting and somebody mentioned this branch was “racist” and I can actually see that. Just now a white woman walked in and she was greeted as soon as she entered through the branch door. Wow! Very disappointed 😔

If you're considering banking with Chase, DO NOT DO IT for personal or business. My account was frozen due to an insurance check that was cleared by the insurance company. Chase was contacted by the insurance company to approve the check but has not yet resolved the situation. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? When I called Chase by phone, the rep told me I should be good after providing proof of documentation at a branch close to home which turned out to be a lie. I also visited the bank and The VP Brandon Hagemann simply could not help me. My question is why cant the branch manager or VP's discretion of my supporting documents be used? Or a fancy title provided to make Chase employees feel good about themselves-but still have to call in to get permission ? Long story short, my account has been on "hold" for 7 days now and its been a back and forth game with un-knowledgeable reps that cant explain whats going on. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A GREAT BANKING EXPERIENCE! I will contact all of my friends who bank with Chase for business or personal to share my experience and urge them to cancel and switch banks.

I went to this Branch to withdraw money the manager and tellers refuse to give me money under the pretext that i am black. they are ignorant, racist , stupid people and i told them. I will tell you my story: it started a day early when i made a big deposit and that teller told me that i can withdraw the money the next day, here i am the next day to withdraw the money but i did not know what awaits me. I walked in and told the teller the amount i want to withdrew but the account is my wife's , she has a saving and checking, i deposited the money in the checking but my name was only on the saving account so the teller refused to give me the money. i was like this is good i understand it my name is not in the account i should not get the money, so i called my wife to move the money from the checking to the saving while still in the bank. I came back to the same teller but again he refused to give me the money that my signature on the current withdrawal slip is different to the first withdrawal slip. He called the manager who also refused to give me my money, he said that the check has not cleared. i just told them why they dont want to give me the money and I went to a different branch 10 min later where i successfully got my money withdrawal. I will never go back to this back. i felt humiliated , treated as a criminal.

I went in to the Broad st branch on 9/29/17 after a hacker got access to my computer. Jenny was an absolute wonderful help to me and my husband. It was a lot of work to close down all accounts and open new ones. Jenny was very professional. Thank you so much!
