Bad service, since Alicia doesn’t work here anymore, everyone has an attitude specially a girl named Asia every I come here she has an attitude and speaks to you like she’s mad seems like she hates her job .

The lady behind the counter was very rude and called someone on the phone name Jeffrey, assuming it’s her manager, and first thing she told him was “I have this guy here who thinks im lying about not being able to email me paycheck stubs, can you tell him he needs to print it off ? ” that was uncalled for since all I asked her is why can’t I email it to you being that in the downtown location I can. Jeffrey was busy trying to win an argument over me in a condescending tone (very unprofessional) saying that he doesn’t have the time to do that for everyone or something on the lines of that and that it would be easier for me to go to the library and print on and come back. That’s WAY MORE work than to just forward an email, I’m the client, I’m the customer, YOU have to find ways to make it easier for us the customer, like Check n Go, all I have to do is upload it to them online which is way easier. That’s where I would be taking my money from now on.
