Best drugstore in West Chester, Ohio (OH) 2024

I went to this location to purchase two items that were on sale. Its two different prices online vs in store. I showed the lady the price online hoping she would price match. Instead she grew frustrated and grumpy because she couldn’t do the price match. She was rude but then directed me to the manager who was a awesome young lady she was very attentive and friendly. That older woman could learn a few pointers from the young manager as far as customer service. That manager kept me from rating this place a 1. If you can’t handle regular challenges you shouldn’t work in customer service. ~Diamond

The worst service ever! my fiancé had her appointment to get a covid vaccination cancelled twice by the pharmacy. Im currently on hold with the scheduler with the CVS pharmacy and its been a blank conversation with no communication or pure lies. IF they are going to continue to give horrible service they might as well close the CVS if they cannot provide adequate care for there patients ~Grant
