I went to this location to purchase two items that were on sale. Its two different prices online vs in store. I showed the lady the price online hoping she would price match. Instead she grew frustrated and grumpy because she couldn’t do the price match. She was rude but then directed me to the manager who was a awesome young lady she was very attentive and friendly. That older woman could learn a few pointers from the young manager as far as customer service. That manager kept me from rating this place a 1. If you can’t handle regular challenges you shouldn’t work in customer service.

Went to get propane exchange. It's close to my work, been there several times. Got there about 8 pm. The lady at the register asked me to wait a minute, she went over to photo center. Don't know what was said. The lady comes back to me pulls her mask down and LIES RIGHT TO MY FACE and tells me they are out of propane. I said ok and left. Went to cage and looked all full cylinders of propane. Blue Rhino locator said just filled today. Not good business. Sorry we don't do after certain time would of been acceptable. But not lie to a customer. I will not be in your store again. HAD to give the place 1 star so it would post

Thieves, they pretend to be very nice, appear to be very down to earth, but deep down they are money hungry. I had to send urgent money to Europe via western union located inside that premises, they charged me almost $200 extra to send €1300. As per exchange rate, it needed to be around $1520 for €1300. But they kept saying and showing that its gonna cost me $1719. Never go there. Don't try to be around such people. I needed to send money to my daughter, it was urgency, these people took whole disadvantage off that situation. Keep distant from such people.
