Im currently on hold with the scheduler with the CVS pharmacy and its been a blank conversation with no communication or pure lies. IF they are going to continue to give horrible service they might as well close the CVS if they cannot provide adequate care for there patients

Call center is THE WORST - spent 11 mins listening to hours of operation, 4 covid recordings, transferred to misc places by a robot, and the ultimate in voice mail jail after hitting ‘0’, “Sorry you’re having troubles. Goodbye.” SECOND WORSE - their website and in person check-in didn’t ask why I was coming other than ‘for covid or not for covid’. So 8 minutes and 3 calls to the local location to ask if they even do what I needed. I was told ‘I think so’. THIRD WORSE - after arriving, the minute clinic lady, after telling me I needed a prescription for a vitamin injection, stood up, opened the door and dismissed me to leave without another word. No wonder Walgreens kick the cr*p out of this low-rent operation. (Incompetent is one thing, inconsiderate is another, but rude is on an entirely different level of WORSE)

Didn’t have medication ready in time coming home from the hospital, so I come back hours later and they give me the wrong kind of medication!! I inquire if it’s right and they have no clue, and tried to blame the doctor for not specifying (not true). So, I Have to call the doctor after hours to figure it out for them. After all that, they don’t even have the right one in stock. An entire day wasted of a medication I needed!!

Don’t get your prescriptions here when A mistake happens they don’t do anything to help resolve the problem. Called to refill a prescription that cost 300 and some dollars out of my pocket they filled the wrong milligrams because they actually had a prescription from four months ago that hadn’t been filled so they filled it and when I tried to get the correct milligrams sorry about your luck that’ll be another $359

What is with the parking at this place? There are always a bunch of cars in the parking lot even though there are hardly any customers inside. They told me it is because of all the Covid testing "outside" but this is bogus. All of the pharmacists I have used here are top notch, though.

I got my COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine at this location. I'm not a fan of needles at all but the pharmacist was so nice and helped calm my nerves. I picked up some air fresheners for my closet and car, daily vitamins, bath soap and cereal, all low priced. I like how there are self checkout registers that are always functional, and also a store rep ready to assist (may take a short wait to find one during down times). Overall, a great place to shop for basic grocery, household and pharmacy items. The minute clinic provides services for minor illness and injuries, health screening, vaccinations, and physical checks.

The pharmacy is doing the best they can. The management should be ASHAMED of the hours they work the staff. 16 Hour Shifts?! How is anyone supposed to consistently pull doubles and provide the quality of customer service people are accustomed to in North America. I know their turnover is terrible and they can only get young inexperienced staff. If any of the young staff read this they should know that hospitals and other places don't run you down like this, you did the best you could and deserve better treatment. Hospitals do run long shifts but you are supported by a larger staff base and not doing retail level customer service all day. Awful situation, honestly.

Pharmacy folks just don't seem to have the proper customer service training nor able to figure things out very easily.

Their are wonderful. I have been in emergency room and my pharmacy was closed and I didn’t know where to go. My brother took me to CVS and I was able to get my prescription filled in a timely manner so that I could go home and get the rest I needed. There one of the few pharmacies that have a pharmacist on duty for more hours a day than any other Pharmacy.

They mess up prescriptions and put you on hold for times exceeding 30 min and have quickly responded by saying Pharmacy there are 6 calls ahead of you. Maybe if they didnt mess up the prescriptions so many people would not have to call in. I never write reviews but this store needs some growth in who they hire in the pharmacy department.
