Customer service has definitely taken a turn for the worse with changes in clerks in recent months. This has been noticeable in just the overall tone of the staff which has gone from kind, smiling, and helpful to cold, scolding, and doubtful. After today, I will be taking my business to a different bank where customer service is a core value of the establishment.
A Message to Senior Leadership:
In all of my dealings with you and even stories I have heard consistently from friends and relatives, you do a tremendous job exemplifying how a bank should feel and operate. I suggest taking a closer look at your direct reports to see if they conduct themselves similarly. ~Brad
