I use to love this place but the last few months my script hasn't been filled when I go pick it up2 days later (to give them enough time to fill it). And this last time I gave them 6 days, still wasn't refilled and then when one was missing and they couldn't find it until later and said they would refill it that Thursday. Went to pick it up Monday and they still didn't have it filled. Friendly staff, but I'm switching to RX Shoppe. They at least text me and let me know when my script is ready to pick up. ~Charlie

I would give a ZERO if it were possible!!! *I was scheduled to receive 2nd COVID shot-didn't get it due to WM Pharmacy gave away my vaccine to walk-ins and ran out. Apparently, I wasn't the only one as other scheduled 2nd shot vaccines showed up at the same time and were informed that the pharmacy was out of the vaccine. Question: What's the use of scheduling if you give away the "scheduled" vaccines? Does it not stand to reason that you would set aside the scheduled vaccines, the use the rest for walk-ins? Horrible business practices! I was informed that a questionable maybe, in the afternoon, they possibly would receive more of the vaccines. The pharmacy blamed the supplier for not bringing more of the vaccine the day before, but had no response when I inquired as to why they gave away MY vaccine to walk-ins earlier. Go figure...Wal-Mart... Walgreens took care of me. GREAT customer service!!! 5 other people showed up after me to receive their second shot with the same story as mine- Wal-Mart also gave away their scheduled vaccine. ~Carol

Customer service has definitely taken a turn for the worse with changes in clerks in recent months. This has been noticeable in just the overall tone of the staff which has gone from kind, smiling, and helpful to cold, scolding, and doubtful. After today, I will be taking my business to a different bank where customer service is a core value of the establishment. A Message to Senior Leadership: In all of my dealings with you and even stories I have heard consistently from friends and relatives, you do a tremendous job exemplifying how a bank should feel and operate. I suggest taking a closer look at your direct reports to see if they conduct themselves similarly. ~Brad

Always friendly folks working there!!! And if you need a quick snack their potatoes are awesome!!! Not sure if you call them wedges or what??? But they good! ~Treasure

Ordered my favorite spicy potato tacos. Got home and not in the bag. Went back , they had them right there, I said aren't they cold? Guy says oh no mam you can feel them. Got home five minutes away and they were cold ! SMDH! ~Rebecca
