I would give a ZERO if it were possible!!! *I was scheduled to receive 2nd COVID shot-didn't get it due to WM Pharmacy gave away my vaccine to walk-ins and ran out. Apparently, I wasn't the only one as other scheduled 2nd shot vaccines showed up at the same time and were informed that the pharmacy was out of the vaccine. Question: What's the use of scheduling if you give away the "scheduled" vaccines? Does it not stand to reason that you would set aside the scheduled vaccines, the use the rest for walk-ins? Horrible business practices! I was informed that a questionable maybe, in the afternoon, they possibly would receive more of the vaccines. The pharmacy blamed the supplier for not bringing more of the vaccine the day before, but had no response when I inquired as to why they gave away MY vaccine to walk-ins earlier. Go figure...Wal-Mart... Walgreens took care of me. GREAT customer service!!! 5 other people showed up after me to receive their second shot with the same story as mine- Wal-Mart also gave away their scheduled vaccine.

What can I say about Wal-Mart. Yuk no one likes going there. The service is awful and they treat customers bad. Its like we have to cater to them or I am an inconvenience and I'm annoying. I'm disabled and I can't get any help most days I go there. I hate it... I wonder how some of them get hired. There so rude.. Wal-Mart has to be desperate.. I wished I wasn't asked about this place. What a waste of time writing this.

These guys are great. They work hard and are constantly busy filling orders. If you have questions and concerns they are helpful and truthful.

Worst ever, waited for 30 min in line to have them say it will be about 20 more minutes. I waited 30 min out of line then got back in line. Thirty more minutes went bye. This time was told computers were down, very understandable, this happens. My name was taken and was told it shouldn't be long. Waited another 45 minutes went by, got back in line to be told can't help you. Wal Mart Grove ok. call the doctor got my prescription changed to the little blue pill and Grove was in and out in 25 minutes imagine that.

I would love to lend these people a better review, but, FIVE STAR reviews generally have to be earned. Pharmacy Manager in Grove, is a responsive and knowledgeable professional, however, the crew lacks the basic elements necessary for fast, efficient customer service.....PLUS the fact that SLOW, SLOW, SLOW is simply a part of the Pharmacy program at ALL WM Pharmacies. They know this, and so should you, to prevent even more disappointment.

If they close for lunch need to make sure customers don't think they are closed for the day. Better signs or something. My husband was picking up medicine and thought they were closed at noon on Saturday. Now have to make another trip.

They shouldn't even be allowed to have a pharmacy. If you plan on going here, you better get your Dr. And meds ok'd first , because they like to play god. Save yourself the high blood pressure and go somewhere else.

refusing to refill my pain meds all of a sudden, after 6 mths. very rude and hateful to me and bashing my dr! will not be doing business there again!
