Originally established as The Bank of Grove, we operated as a single location establishment, before opening our second location. In 2017, we expanded our commitment by changing our name to the Bank of Grand Lake, and in 2018 we opened the doors to our Langley location. Customer service has definitely taken a turn for the worse with changes in clerks in recent months. This has been noticeable in just the overall tone of the staff which has gone from kind, smiling, and helpful to cold, scolding, and doubtful. After today, I will be taking my business to a different bank where customer service is a core value of the establishment. A Message to Senior Leadership: In all of my dealings with you and even stories I have heard consistently from friends and relatives, you do a tremendous job exemplifying how a bank should feel and operate. I suggest taking a closer look at your direct reports to see if they conduct themselves similarly.

All the traditional banking products you'd expect in a community bank, but with "big bank" technology. Nice to have a place that offers the hometown feel and service along with great technology! Plenty of friendly staff that keeps wait times next to zero even when all drive thru lanes are full! Very friendly tellers that make conducting your business a pleasant experience!

Excellent place in Grove, Oklahoma to bank at. Usually pretty fast at drive thru even with a line full of cars. Nice friendly staff. Very well kept place. Plenty of parking. Great location for entering and leaving without hassle of traffic.

Bank is closed at 4pm when hours are posted as 5:30 on the door. The website and in their answering machine. Can never get through to a human being during business hours. Always transfer after transfer then to a voicemail that is never returned. Completely unprofessional!

Customer service at this place is nonexistent. Typical answer from their employees is I don't know. I don't know is not an expectable answer from anyone at a bank. If you can't tell me what is wrong with your banking system then find out or you are going to lose customers!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: They made me feel unimportant. I'm retired and wanted to establish an account. I find it extremely rude when your emails and phone calls aren't returned.

I have always had great experiences here. I banked at Arvest for years and just switched to this bank last year. THE BEST! Amber in the drive thru is amazing.

Great Bank, Friendly Staff. Virtually No waiting. When you call you get an actual Person. It is a locally Owned and operated bank, the Only One in Grove I believe. All Loans, and banking decisions are made in house.
